Refreshing Summer Drink - Jaljeera / Jaljira

Today I am going to share a recipe for one of the popular summer drinks in India - Jal-jeera / Jaljira It gives relief in sunny days from heat. Jaljeera powder is readily available in the market. But I make Jaljeera at home by using fresh mint leaves & other ingredients like cumin seeds, pepper powder, rock salt etc. The cumin is a medicinal ingredient which aids digestion. The mint has a cooling effect, serves as a good blood cleanser & Black salt or rock salt acts as a digestive. So it is really very very beneficial for our health.
